Best Bluetooth Soundbar

Connectivity Champions: Your Best Bluetooth Soundbar Ever

The reason why I had to make a separate chart for the best Bluetooth soundbar nominees is that connectivity issues are one of the most common customer complaints. Nobody wants to deal with hiccups, distortions or handshake issues. And yet the manufacturers keep on releasing new models with the same old problems.

You do not have to give up on wireless technologies just because your tune bar has let you down. I have tried and tested some of the most popular market models and picked out the true champions. Now you do not have to worry about Bluetooth letting you down.

I had to make sure that my Bluetooth soundbar review is good for all kinds of users. No matter what your budget is, or what you type of Smart TV you own there is a model created for you. No need to buy luxury if you are looking for descent craftsmanship and reliability. Some of the low maintenance bars can deliver an amazing experience. Some of them even come with subs.

Besides Bluetooth, all of the items have additional Smartphone apps, remotes, and other cool features to make sure they are convenient and versatile. Customer reviews, opinions, ratings and sales also matter a lot when picking the top of the charts recognized the product.

Not all of the represented here units are recent. Some have been released a few years ago meaning that I went for the quality rather than hotness or urgency. Remember that it takes time to thoroughly test a good product. Their bars have withstood the test of time.

Last Generation - Yamaha YAS-107

Yamaha YAS-107

This one comes with a Bluetooth as well as optical and analog connectors and an HDMI cable for a faster setup. This makes YAS107 an amazing option. The sound and the built-in features are amazing with a patented Clear voice technology as well as a woofer built into the same box.

Plus YAS107 has an additional function. It enhances the compressed music source by deepening the low range frequencies and enhancing the middle and top range ones. This way you get smooth connectivity with the amazing audio experience.

So this one little tune bar is a whole package to give you a home theater experience every time you run it. Way more than just a soundbar with Bluetooth. And all the cool features work amazing and deliver. I only wanted the best for my top review.

The model is so popular that unfortunately, you can only get a preowned one for like $200 regular retail price. But it will still come with remote control. The device also has a company app for iOS and Android tablets and smartphones.

  • Super-sleek, ultra-slim design.
  • Amazing sound quality. Your friends and family will love it.
  • You get a whopping 2 years company warranty even when you buy a refurbished or a preowned version.

  • Some customers report that it starts to shut down after a few months of regular use.
  • Very hard to get your hands on the brand new one.
  • The built-in woofer is not that powerful.

Oldie but Goodie: Samsung HW-J355

Samsung HW-J355

This one is not just a tune bar. HW-J355 is a system that combines a wireless soundbar with Bluetooth, USB, and optical connection options. Plus a wired 5.25-inch sub. Although it is not just a single unit I had to mention it in my best soundbar with Bluetooth review. The model has been released in 2015 and is still at the top of the charts.

Get ready to fork out about $400 to $700 for a new one. But you can get a preowned tune bar for a modest price if you are ready to be humble and look for discounted prices. Or you just pull yourself together and patiently waiting for the next big online sales event.

HW-J355 was created as a tuning bar perfectly compatible with a Samsung 3D TV or Direct TV box. I wish it was more versatile though. This model was a pioneer for the quality Bluetooth connection.

  • I loved the sub although it is wired it has amazing bass and great for enhancing lower frequencies.
  • You have the remote coming in a package.
  • Really good clear and detailed sound, you will see very few mentions of sound or connectivity.

  • This one is costly unless you are from the upper middle or upper class.
  • 1-year warranty for the parts and labor is not that much compared to the competitor offers.
  • You will not find a new one.

Yamaha YSP-5600 – Simply Unbeatable

Yamaha YSP-5600

This pioneering 7.1.2-channel multi-dimensional tune bar is really cool. I could not help but add it to my review. If you look carefully through the mesh on the front panel you will see an intrinsic design of bigger and smaller speaker patterns. 44 speakers plus 2 woofers to be more specific. It was designed to give you the best experience possible.

Some of the array speakers are pointed upwards to give you a dimensional sound. As if the speaker is mounted in the ceiling.

YSP-5600 has a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect and AirPlay. Music Cast wireless multiroom feature is amazing allowing you to stream different music wherever you’re taking the tuning bar. If you want deeper bass and the richer sound gets a wireless subwoofer with a wireless transmission kit.

It could easily take the top best Bluetooth soundbar spot if you don’t think about the price of course. Surprisingly enough the model has been released in 2015 and still remains a bestseller.

  • This tune bar works with Alexa.
  • It has Dolby Atmos as well as a Surround Sound.
  • The unit works with two programs, the MusicCast app, and Home Theater Controller app.

  • It is around $1600 for a new regular retail price. I know it hurts you to think about it.
  • I tried to study it but the warranty is too unclear and hard to find.
  • Some customers have reported the firmware update issues but I haven’t experienced any myself.
