I had an opportunity to compare and test two great devices from TCL - TCL 49S405 vs 55S405. These two models belong to the same series – S405, which also includes other great solutions. These two models are 2017 year models, but they have many great features. Both models belong to the mid-low price range – they cost less than $400. These TVs belong to the class of Smart TVs. Both models have LCD display installed and they use the Direct LED backlight technology.
