The 65-inсh display allows concluding that both these TVs are at least convenient for viewing. Plus, they have no problems with supporting 4K video content. However, comparing the Samsung 65NU7100 vs LG 65UK6300PUE picture, I came to the conclusion that the TV from Samsung definitely suits more for fast-moving content which is often found in action movies and, of course, in sports programs. The one from LG features a bunch of technologies to make colors look as natural as possible. In result, the overall picture looks so realistic that you don’t even need 3D to get the most life-like vision. It also features local dimming which helps the TV reproduce more intense black color.

Features & performance

The TVs have quite standard for their price range built-in stereo speakers with 20W of power. However, the LG 65UK6300PUE features DTS decoder which means that they have higher quality versus the Samsung 65NU7100. Although, in terms of sound power, they both are barely able to fill the middle-sized room with great sound.

Both supported video and audio file formats don’t raise any questions: the TVs are able to recognize all the standard formats. I was also pleasantly surprised when discovered that the manufacturers supplied their products with a great variety of connectivity possibilities. The TVs have absolutely identical set of wired sources for connection, which includes everything except VGA input. They also give the opportunity of the wireless connection (via Wi-Fi), but Samsung model doesn’t have Bluetooth.

Design & build quality

The TVs from Samsung and LG often look very similar. The present ones also don’t give many details to compare. Except having the same screen size, they both are very slim, have a black cabinet, and stay on the identical Y-shaped stand.
