Features & Performance

These receivers are quite similar and it’s really difficult to compare them. If you want to buy one of these products, you should know that they have the smartphone remote control technology. You can swipe your finger several times and change settings quickly. Moreover, these receivers have the Internet radio, network audio player, and even sleep timer. To be honest, I was really impressed that these receivers can produce high-quality sound even despite the fact that the price is relatively low. The sound is pure and smooth. There are no additional noises that can disturb you. You probably will be really glad to figure out that these products have 3D to Blu-ray 3D movies without limits.

Connections & Setup

As for the connectivity, it is really difficult to find any disadvantages. Both of these receivers have many ports and connectors such as AV inputs, HDMI inputs, and so on. However, I didn’t manage to connect my phone via Bluetooth to Pioneer VSX-932. I have to admit that it could be difficult to set up this receiver. It comes with a basic printed manual, which doesn’t help solve all problems. Of course, you can load an advanced manual on the Internet, but you have to google it.

Design

Even despite the fact that the design is a very controversial and subjective factor, I have to admit that these receivers look great. There are no major differences between these products and their expensive competitors. All buttons work smoothly and the quality of materials doesn’t irritate you. However, keep in mind that Pioneer VSX-932 is smaller and lighter.
