The Pioneer VSX-933 is a 7.2-channel network receiver. The VSX-933's power is 135W per channel, and the Direct Energy design provides wideband reproduction of frequencies for a full soundstage with an excellent balance.

Denon is equipped with 7 amplifiers (with a declared power of 75W each) with DTS-HD master audio decoder, 2 of which can be used for the sound of high-altitude channels or additional rear ones. 7.2-channel receiver sounds dynamic, the bass is sophisticated and neat, and perfectly matched on all channels. Connections & Setup

For the fine-tuning, the Pioneer VSX-933 has the MCACC calibration system, which allows you to customize the sound to suit the room, and with an improved user-friendly graphical interface, receiver control is extremely convenient. The VSX-933 has Phase Control technology that eliminates subwoofer lag and synchronizes low-frequency emission and speaker phase delay.

Denon AVR-S740H is the most affordable AV receiver with HEOS technology support. The receiver has a set of all the necessary connectors. The rear panel has 6 4K / HDR HDMI inputs, 1 output, and 3 digital inputs. For the receiver, setting is responsible auto-calibration system Audyssey Room Correction. Due to the microphone, which is included in the kit, the setting is automatic and fairly accurate.

Design

The Pioneer VSX-933 has a large metal body with a plastic front panel. There are 2 large knobs, a set of buttons, and USB and HDMI ports on the front panel. In the center of the front panel, there is a display.

Denon AVRS740H looks a bit smaller compared to Pioneer. It is also executed in a metal case. On the front panel, there is an informative display, a set of buttons for changing modes, 2 large knobs, USB and HDMI ports.
