  • The customer support is very hard to reach, always busy, I checked.
  • HDMI signal loss complaints among customers, I personally haven’t had any issues though.

Marantz SR5013 pros & cons

Pros:

  • Smartphone remote app, it is convenient.
  • A-B speaker switch, it is an advanced feature but still very easy and cool.
  • A great hi-tech toy for geeks that will wow your neighbors.

Cons:

  • Does not recognize Alexa, although it has many other features.
  • Quite expensive, the regular retail price is about $1000.
  • The manual is unclear, it takes an experienced user to set it up.
