VSPros
- Low weight (18.25 pounds), which allows moving the device easily.
- Small size (19.1 x 13.6 x 6.9 inches). Thanks to this peculiarity the receiver fits in almost all shelves.
- The Bluetooth works without problems and it was easy to connect it.
- 30 preset FM stations, which perform different music styles.
Cons
- It can’t work with an Apple AirPlay (sad news for Apple fans).
- On-screen GUI menu is incomplete, so the setting was uneasy.
Marantz SR7012
VSPros
- New firmware allows the receiver to get 3D sound in any configuration.
- Works with Alexa.
- The setup is very easy and the manual is clear even for an inexperienced person.
- To calibrate the speakers connected to the Marantz SR7012 is used an Audyssey MultEQ XT32 system.
Cons
- Sometimes the receiver has a weak connection with home Wi-Fi.
- When I switching between inputs the resolution of receiver is changing too with repositioning of icons.
