Marantz SR8012 vs Denon AVRX6400H – that is a question. Both have mind-boggling performance. Truly state of the art AVR`s that will satisfy even the most demanding audiophile. The Marantz engineers have produced a well-rounded beast when Denon can just charm anyone with its sound capability.
I really like the sound imaging from the included Auro 3D as well (no need to pay for the upgrade like other models). The SR8012 includes Audyssey MultEQ XT32 for room equalization and includes Audyssey LFC, which dynamically monitors the audio content and removes low frequencies that pass through walls. Denon AVRX6400H vs Marantz SR8012 has a shaking ability of sound performance, so care about your ears, they can be shocked.
No news that Marantz and Denon sound nice. The SR8012 is incredibly easy to setup thanks to an excellent Setup Assistant, which takes you through the entire process step by step, that I always appreciate in receivers’ setting up. In comparison to SR8012 setting up the Denon X6400H took me under an hour, including connecting devices, connecting speakers, and running Audyssey XT32 for my room.
The look of Marantz SR8012 is so solid and expensive, that you really feel – it’s worth its money. The main buttons are easy to use. Nothing is overrated here; the design is a perfectness. The Denon`s design is good enough, but I really like the cleaner look of Marantz versus Denon.
