Starting off describing Samsung 58NU7100 specs from the design, I’d like to mention that on the outside it has a really dark gray, almost black metallic bezel running around the picture with a Samsung logo at the bottom in the middle. Samsung 58NU7100 review moves around to the back of the set where you’ll find all the inputs.
On this set, you get three HDMI inputs with the one labeled HDMI 3 having an audio return channel together with other inputs and outputs. The picture on this entry-level UHD sets good too. You get what you pay for, which isn’t a bad thing. This native 8-bit panel of 2018 really shows a 10-bit color gradient with a dithering, so the colors do look really smooth. This TV of 7 series has a motion rate of 120 Hertz, which I found to work well, no expected blurring or artifacts on the screen through fast action.
The smart menu it’s easy to navigate and use, it’s fast with the Uther Quad Core processor, that they have built in. The menu offers a great selection of apps that you can customize at the bottom of the screen. The TV is worth checking out if you look for something at a reasonable price point, that offers 4k HDR viewing.
