Let’s start the description of Samsung QN65Q8F specs from the design, which Samsung calls their “360-degree design.” There is really thin bezel that runs around the perimeter. From the side you’ll notice that it has a slightly deeper feel to it, however, that’s because they make the entire back of the TV the same thickness. One different thing to talk about in the Samsung QN65Q8F review - this Q series set of 2018 doesn’t use a one connect box all the inputs and outputs are located on the back of the TV.
This one has four HDMI, 2 USB, and antenna inputs, along with an optical audio output for running sound from the TV to another source. Samsung One remote has only a few buttons on it, there’s also voice control built-in, that uses Bixby. It’s isn’t quite as intuitive as some of the other voice operated systems, but Bixby works well.
One of the nice features is an ambient mode, which allows you to display a low-energy image on the screen when the TV isn’t being used. Also, a great feature is the ability of the TV to take a picture of the surrounding area and it’ll blend into the screen, so it looks like part of the wall.
