The Das Keyboard 5Q Soft Tactile is a top-of-the line mechanical keyboard featuring USB and Bluetooth connectivity. It provides users with two separate connection types that can be switched between freely, allowing for maximum flexibility in how the device is used. The product's USB port supports up to 3 Mbps of data transfer speed while Bluetooth ensures lag free wireless operation at distances of up to 33 feet (10 meters). This makes it easy to use on multiple devices simultaneously or move around without being restricted by cables. Additionally, the 5Q has internal memory which allows users store settings such as macros and custom key assignments directly onto the board itself, ensuring they're always available when needed regardless of what machine you are using it with.

The Das Keyboard 5Q Soft Tactile offers a standard 104-key layout, with full size function key row and dedicated arrow keys. It also includes 12 multimedia keys that can be used to control music playback, volume levels and more as well as three separate “Windows Key Lock” buttons for disabling the Windows Start menu or Alt+Tab combination in games. The mechanical switches are Cherry MX Brown low profile switches which offer a good balance between tactile feedback and smooth typing experience while still being relatively quiet when pressed.

The Das Keyboard 5Q Soft Tactile has been designed with ergonomics in mind. Its keycaps are contoured and angled to fit the natural position of your fingertips, reducing strain on your hands while typing. The tactile feedback helps you stay comfortable by preventing accidental typos or slips of the fingers. Additionally, its adjustable feet can be raised 0-15 degrees for a more comfortable posture when typing for long periods of time.
