These models are 5-channel systems, but the Onkyo TX-SR353 vs Onkyo TX-SR373 power comparison shows that the TX-SR353 is more powerful – compare its 650 W versus 500 W that outputs the TX-SR373. Both solutions use 24-bit DACs to provide you with clear sound. The codecs allow you to open numerous file formats, but the TX-SR353 may have issues with certain files, like FLAC and WAV.
